Impact of COVID-19 on international logistics (latest information)

COVID-19 is rampant all over the world. The impact is also occurring on international logistics. We will inform you of the situation and countermeasures we are aware of.
Also, these are the situations that can be confirmed from within Japan as of today. Please contact the customs and delivery company where you live for details.


Since April 2020, international flights have been reduced or suspended.
The standard delivery method for our store is EMS (Japan Post), but it is no longer available in some areas. See below for a list of alternative shipping methods.

The UPS Worldwide Express Saver (UPS) is being test-delivered to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

・ Guaranteed up to 11,000 yen in Japanese yen. Please contact us in advance if you would like full compensation.
-During test delivery, if your order cannot be cleared and you return to Japan, we will reship it by Small Packet by air (Japan Post). We will cover the cost of reshipment.

It takes longer than before to leave Japan and inspect at the customs office of your country. Cases have been reported in which it took three weeks to leave Japan. Cancellation is not possible due to delivery delays. Please be aware of this before ordering.
