<About Orders
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. on December 28 (Thu.) will be processed from January 5 (Fri.).
Orders will be accepted as usual during the holiday period.
We anticipate a rush of orders before the holiday period.
Please understand in advance that it may take longer than usual for orders to be shipped, and we would appreciate it if you could place your order well in advance.
Please note that even if you place an order by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday the 28th, delivery may take longer than usual depending on the stock status.

Inquiries received after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 28 via e-mail form will be responded to sequentially after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 5.
Inquiries by phone will be closed from December 26 (Tue.) through January 5 (Fri.).
